The Team

Vikram Srinath (Co-Founder, Head Consultant): After helping friends excel on the MCAT and get into medical school for free, I hope to share my skills with a wider network of pre-meds. I've helped past medical school applicants achieve 100th percentile MCAT scores, ace their interviews, and write compelling essays to gain acceptance into their top-choice schools.
As a current first-year medical student at the University of Virginia Medical School, I hope to eventually specialize in psychiatry. In my free time, you can find me volunteering with the Crisis Text Line as a Crisis Counselor, watching LeBron James highlights, or playing basketball with my buddies.
Accomplishments:
- 8 medical school interviews (Including T5) -> 4 acceptances (Including two T30s)
- 522 MCAT, 3.97 GPA
- Trustee Scholar at Boston University (Human Physiology with Minor in Classical Civilization)

Rohan Sharma (Co-Founder, Writing Expert): Hey! I'm Rohan — Co-founder of MedSensei and the go-to person when it comes to strategy, storytelling, and standing out on paper. I studied Economics & Management at the University of Oxford, but I’ve spent the better part of the last decade helping students craft compelling applications — from undergrad and med school to finance jobs and elite graduate programs.
I’ve guided students into top-tier universities like Princeton, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge, and Wharton, and helped young professionals land roles at Y Combinator-backed startups and major firms. Whether it’s brainstorming the perfect personal statement, preparing for tough interviews, or refining the “Why medicine?” essay, I’m here to help you bring clarity, confidence, and authenticity to your application.
Accomplishments:
- Graduate of Oxford University (Economics & Management)
- Applications tutor for 7 years, with 90%+ success rate for graduate program students
- Helped students get into top graduate programs at Princeton, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge, and UPenn
- Accepted or Waitlisted to 6 Ivies, including selective programs at UPenn (Huntsman, <2% acceptance rate), Duke (Robertson finalist), and others (Georgetown SFS, Oxford, etc.)

Diana Tam (Recruiter): Hi, I’m Diana Tam — a recruiter at MedSensei, here to help you connect with the resources and support you need to succeed. I’m originally from Los Angeles, California, and I earned both my Bachelor’s in Health Science and Master’s in Public Health from Boston University. I currently work as a Clinical Research Coordinator at City of Hope, and I’m also training to become a certified yoga teacher. I’m passionate about building strong connections, empowering students, and helping you navigate your next big step with clarity and confidence. I’m excited to be part of your journey and can’t wait to see what you achieve!
